American Shorthairs probably originated in Great Britain and introduced to America during the time of the Pilgrims in the early 1600s. Of all the rich, glorious breeds of many different colors, we have chosen to feature the American Brown Tabby.

Notice how much detail we put into its broad head with round eyes, full cheeks and well-placed whiskers. With organic stained ink, our craftspeople painted each black striped marked around its coat with intentional precision on the front and the back of this 3D miniature. Not to be outdone, the tail was also carved and painted with the same meticulousness of the other parts.
