The fuselage (the aircraft body) features meticulous, hand-drawn detail of the cockpit, and cabin windows and doors, wing flaps, and landing gear compartments – to the millimeter! The use of authentic cowhide leather ensures sturdiness. The main wings plus the horizontal-vertical tail wings accentuate its overall look.

The Biplane (or Propeller Plane) is the granddaddy of modern day airplanes. It was originally designed by the Wright Brothers over a century ago. Biplanes are airplanes with two pairs of similarly sized wings, one stacked on top of the other. Historically, Biplanes were commonly used in World War I (almost 100 years ago!). They functioned as fighter planes, bombers, and reconnaissance aircraft. Once they were overtaken by monoplanes, Biplanes continued to be used for crop dusting and aviation shows after World War II.

Although we may hardly ever get a chance to see Biplanes in action today, we at VANCA, have chosen to replicate this historically significant relic with authentic cowhide leather. Notice the handcrafted details in the tail wings, the cockpit, the upper and lower main wings, the wing struts (bracing), the propeller, the main body (fuselage), and the landing wheels. In addition, we used non-toxic inks to add external details on the fuselage with utmost precision.

You probably let your imagination take you to outer space where no human being has ever gone before. Whether old movie classics like Armageddon or Space Cowboys come to mind, there is no doubt that the both dangers and thrills of space exploration has triggered thoughts of what it might be like to actually be outside the only planet we call home in a space shuttle in zero-gravity. Surely, enjoying the unparalleled view of Intelligent Design is a wonder to behold.

Although the first successful flight of a space shuttle was relatively recent – Space Shuttle Columbia in 1981 – the iconic status of the Orbiter continues to remind us of our desire to explore the unknown and the zenith of space technology.

We created a miniature replica of the Space Shuttle Orbiter that features its best details. Authentic cowhide leather provides just the right amount of toughness to retain overall sturdiness, especially for the main delta wings, the vertical tail and the main engines. With meticulous precision, our craftspeople have taken great pains to apply non-toxic inks to create hand-drawn details – exact to the millimeter! – to the flight deck, payload doors, exterior designs, and other compartments. As Toy Story’s Buzz Lightyear would say: “To infinity and beyond!”

Remember watching old Speed Racer cartoons featuring the iconic ‘Mach 5’ racing car growing up? It had a catchy theme song that went: “Go! Speed Racer. Go! Speed Racer. Go! Speed Racer, Go!!!”

There is something alluring about racing at top speeds both as a driver and as an observer. Formula-1 racing, in fact, features some of the fastest course racing cars in the world. In the same way that Formula-1 racing teams typically construct their own cars, we have taken to liberty to design one ourselves – except this one is something meant to be kept in your pocket.

We, at VANCA, have chosen to create a miniature Formula-1 car that features some of its most eye-catching features. We replicated the open cockpit, open-wheeled (with wheels outside the chassis/body), and aerodynamic structure to the smallest detail. Notice the rear wings, the nose cone, and its rear and front wheels all displaying the sturdiness of cowhide leather. With non-toxic inks, we have included markings and logos, including the F1 Grand Prix side marking (which is a French term that literally means ‘great or chief prize’).
